Orders & Shipping

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Shipping within the U.S. usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. International orders may take 7–21 business days. We ship via USPS and currently offer shipping to the USA and SINGAPORE. We do not offer pick-ups in the Chicago area.

Q: Can I track my order?
A: Absolutely. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Returns & Exchanges

Q: What is your return policy?
A: All items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Q: What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
A: We’re so sorry about that! Please contact our support team at szubertdesigns@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.

Sizing & Fit

Q: How do I know which size to order?
A: Each product includes a size guide with detailed measurements. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a relaxed fit. If you have more questions or cannot figure out which size to get please don’t hesistate to reach out to us via email szubertdesigns@gmail.com

Sustainability & Materials

Q: Are your clothes ethically made?
A: Yes. All of our items in our own line are made in our studio in Chicago. We only use deadstock fabrics for each piece, which are locally sourced. Our Boutique items are sourced from multiple places, and include brand new items and vintage pieces from designers.

Q: How should I care for my clothing?
A: Most items are machine washable in cold water and should be air dried to maintain their shape and quality. Care instructions are included on every garment label. We recommend to read the items description or refer to the care label.
